Appeals to Scottish Ministers are processed on their behalf by the Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).Appeal forms and guidance notes are available at The Planning System in Scotland on the Scottish Government website. The DPEA publishes all information and correspondence relating to appeals on the DPEA website. We only publish documents when we have been instructed by DPEA to make changes to a designation following an appeal decision. The DPEA search facility enables you to find everything held on the Scottish Government's file which will be considered before a decision is made on an appeal, including any plans, grounds of appeal, our response and any other correspondence. About Consent Application
