Earlier 19th century. 2-storey asymmetric villa with ancillary outbuildings. Coursed rubble, ashlar dressings. 1st floor cill band.
PRINCIPAL (W) ELEVATION: 2-storey 3-bay, central pilastered doorcase, 12-pane glazed upper door with solid bottom panel, to left security light, to right downpipe, window to flanks; to first floor, triple 12-pane sash and case windows.
N ELEVATION: blind wall with wallhead chimney; recessed low wing, to left return lattice-glazed window, to right return 4-pane window; modern timber lean-to adjoining, 2 doors, glazed double window, window to right return.
E ELEVATION: 2-storey, asymmetric fenestration; bowed left bay, 8-pane window to centre, 12-pane window to right; addition in re-entrant angle with 4-pane window, to right return chimney piece.
S ELEVATION: glazed 8-pane door off centre, 4-pane window to bottom left; chimney above,4 mismatched cans.
INTERIOR: not seen, 2000.
Mostly 12-pane sash and case windows. Piended slate roof with blocked eaves and end stacks
OUTBUILDING: possibly coach-house/stables originally; single storey rubble, skew gabled; S elevation, central 6-pane glazed window, double timber doors flanking, to left lean-to extension; E elevation, gablehead window; N elevation, blank wall to Linden Place, blocked window; W elevation, chimney-stack, 2 cans.
PIERS AND PERIMETER WALLS: square ashlar piers flanking driveway; pedestrian gateways, right blocked, rubble walls with heavy copes; piers of original entrance, wrought-iron gates.
